With the holidays quickly approaching, we invite you and your family to help those in need. This year marks the 10th year of the annual “Give A Hand” fundraiser, which benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) – our Charity of Choice for 38 years! The great part of this fundraiser? It’s easy AND fun to get involved!
From November 10-20 customers can participate in a variety of ways in-restaurant, online, or on your own. You and your family can show your support in-stores by purchasing a paper Hand for $1, $3, or $5. Remember, even a little bit can go a long way!
Through the “Give A Hand” Online Sweepstakes, you have the opportunity to channel your inner Picasso while giving back! Submit a photo of your hand with a written phrase or image showing your support for RMHC. This is sure to be fun for the whole family! (We do recommend washable markers for the little ones J)
By uploading your hand photo to GiveAHandMcDonalds.com, you’re automatically entered to win $50 for yourself and a $500 donation to a local RMHC Chapter. One lucky winner will be selected each day of the sweepstakes! We also ask that you share your photo with family and friends on Twitter and/or Facebook. Help us raise awareness of this incredible Charity while showing everyone how artsy you are.
Not the most creative? There are other ways to help RMHC, too! You can set-up a bake sale, knit blankets, collect toys, or run a food drive. For more ideas, check out RMHC.org. Share your fun ideas with us!
