The release of Poptropica Adventures on Nintendo DS means the kids can play their favorite game anywhere without worrying about being connected to the internet. The DS version has all the creative aspects of the online version - kids can create an avatar and accessorize to their liking + the story is easy to follow. Rated E for everyone, the game is perfect for kids who have played Poptropica online. However, the DS version is limited and if your child is really into Poptropica they will probably complete the entire game in a few days like mine did.
Overall, fans like Los Tres Amigos will be very excited to see their fave online game in a DS version. I hope Ubisoft will consider releasing a Nintendo DSi or 3DS version which will allow kids to connect with more virtual Poptropica worlds.
