My Thoughts:  I was first introduced to Warren's The Purpose Driven Live about 6 years ago and the book is and continues to be one of my favorite published works.  Warren suggest readers indulge in the book one chapter at a time.  This allows time for the principles to marinate and for the reader to better understand what they've just read.  After reading a chapter, you'll probably want to continue reading another, but The Purpose Driven Life What on Earth Am I Here For? , like its predecessor is best read one chapter at a time.  

Warren has a way of writing which binds the reader to the material in a way unlike any other.  From the first page to the last, you are reminded of how special you are.  You are unlike any other of God's creations and the Master has a plan for you.  A guidebook?  Not necessarily as Warren tackles complex Christian theologies but breaks them down so the principles may be applied to your daily life.

The addition of weblinks and extended audio bring the book to the digital age which is sure to garner a new crowd of readers.  If you are not familiar with The Purpose Driven Life you are in for a treat.  Those who have read and/or studied the series will enjoy the updated version and may find themselves wanting to revisit the studies once again.
